Learning Support Worker – PT (30 hours)

RISE is recruiting for a learning support worker to assist in the learning and development of young people aged 14-16 on our Key Stage 4 alternative provision programme.

Job Purpose

  • To support learner development under the direction of tutors and management by contributing to the students’ educational, social and developmental curriculum and participating in its delivery as a member of a co-ordinated team;
  • To work in partnership with other team members to ensure young people are receiving a high quality educational experience;
  • To support the development of an organisational culture that puts our mission and values at the centre of all we do.

Starting pay: £8 per hour / 30 hours p.w.
Salary scale: £7 – £11 per hour; equivalent of £13,650 – £21,450 pro rata depending on skills & experience.
