Safeguarding
At Rise, safeguarding is paramount to everything we do. We are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where every learner feels valued, respected, and protected.
As an alternative provision, we understand that many of our learners may face additional challenges or vulnerabilities. That’s why our safeguarding approach is tailored, proactive, and centred around building strong, trusting relationships with each learner.
We work closely with families, schools and external agencies with the aim of keeping all learners safe from harm — whether that’s at Rise, online, or outside of our setting. All staff are trained to recognise the signs of abuse, neglect, and exploitation, and know how to take swift, appropriate action. Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility.
